Vertical plotter is a composition and bonding system designed to facilitate the pre-bonding of cladding materials such as ceramic, porcelain, slate, and stone. It allows for the quick, comfortable, and semi-automatic cohesion of materials, optimizing the packaging process and improving handling on site.
Thanks to its efficiency and precision, this system is ideal for streamlining the preparation process of cladding for transport and installation, ensuring consistent and high-quality results in construction and remodeling projects.

Technical features
These are the parts that make up vertical plotter:
Frame
Frame made of structural steel tubing, later coated with powder paint and baked in an oven at 200ºC. It includes six support and leveling feet.
Collection area
The already bonded and cohesive pieces travel along the machine on a conveyor belt to the collection point, where they transition from a vertical to a horizontal position, making it easier for the operator to handle.
Hot-melt adhesive melting and pumping equipment
Hot-melt adhesive melting and pumping equipment by VALCO MELTON, equipped with a melting tank, heated hose, and a display for controlling application parameters.
Application area
The system is divided into several parts:
- Support plane: flat support surface made of heat-treated steel, coated with non-stick material.
- Linear carriages: linear movement carriages for the X and Y axes, powered by a servomotor.
- Application head: equipped with a heated nozzle for the application of hot-melt adhesive.
- Conveyor belt: allows the transfer of pieces to the collection area once the composition and bonding process has been completed.
- Touchscreen programming and control: a screen where the adhesive application is programmed, and parameters such as speed and transport are controlled.
