Automatic machine for loading tiles onto a squaring line, featuring a
pallet loading zone, sliding suction plates with a vacuum system, and a
roller conveyor with adjustable speed.
Machine for marking ceramic pieces with widia rollers, equipped with
bridges allowing up to 5 markings. It features a painted steel chassis, belt
transport driven by a gear motor and a pneumatic lubrication system.
Breaking system for precut tiles with a conveyor belt (1200×2500 mm)
driven by a geared motor. It features three pressure rollers—two on top
and one on the bottom—each with its own motor. The rollers are set at
different heights and include adjustable height and longitudinal settings
to match the tile thickness and cut spacing.
Transport system with four C-type belts and pulleys, mounted on a
carbon steel frame, 1200 mm wide, 4000 mm long, and 1000 mm high.
Powered by a gear motor with electronic control.
The squaring line is intended to gradually rectify the edges of the tile using diamond grinding wheels thus obtaining a perfect
parallelism between each side. The most important is obtaining the same measure of the diagonals. This machine has also
chamfering motors to bevel sharp edges.
