Implementation of new production lines in Sanarate, Guatemala
This project was completed in Sanarate (El Progreso, Guatemala) in June 2024, using 2 MCV and transport section (feeder, roller system and conveyor belts connecting the machines).
In June, the technical team from Maincer successfully installed two new production lines at a client’s facility in Sanarate, Guatemala. This collaborative project aimed to optimize the production processes of mesh tacos, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
Cutting line
As part of the installation, a specialized cutting line was set up to transform raw material blocks into tacos of the required dimensions. This precise cutting process ensures greater efficiency in the subsequent mesh process, reducing both time and costs.
Mesh and drying line
In the second phase, a mesh and drying line was introduced to secure the tacos with a durable, high-quality mesh. Additionally, a rapid drying system was integrated to optimize the production flow, ensuring the products meet the quality standards demanded by the industry.
Benefits for the client company
With the installation of these new lines, the client company can increase its production capacity while ensuring consistent product quality. The cutting and mesh lines streamline the production process, reducing delivery times and guaranteeing top-quality finished products.
