In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), these provisions regulate the use of the service provided by the Website https://www.maincer.com (hereinafter “Website”) made available by MAINCER S.L. to Internet users.

Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and their access is restricted. The services provided by MAINCER S.L. generally have the price (VAT not included) indicated in the corresponding service proposal and are in no case offered or provided through the portal service.

In those cases and sections where our Website offers Electronic Commerce services subject to contracting or economic compensation, the General Terms and Conditions of Contract specified in each case must be accepted.

The use of the Website grants the status of Website user (hereinafter, User) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Website service is limited to the moment when the User is connected to the Website or any of the services provided through it. MAINCER S.L. is not responsible for any damages caused to the User due to failures or disconnections in telecommunication networks that result in suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Website service during its provision or beforehand.

The Website’s access service includes technical linking devices, directories, and even search tools that allow the User to access other pages and websites (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In such cases, MAINCER S.L. acts as a service provider of intermediation according to Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and will only be responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence.

If the User believes that a Linked Site contains illicit or inappropriate content, they can report it to MAINCER S.L. following the procedure and effects established in clause 7. However, this communication does not imply an obligation to remove the link.

The existence of Linked Sites does not imply any agreements with their responsible parties, nor does it indicate endorsement, promotion, or identification of MAINCER S.L. with their statements, content, or services.

MAINCER S.L. does not know the content and services of the Linked Sites, and therefore, is not responsible for any damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, errors, or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites or any other damages not directly attributable to MAINCER S.L.
