Technical features

The I-NKFILLER® system consists of:

A battery of Smartys, or I-Tech containers for the storage of colouring products.
A series of pipes connecting the Smartys to the digital machines.
All the electromechanical devices such as PLC, pumps and valves that allow the transfer of the product from the Smartys to the digital decorating machines.

The software, developed in .NET and based on an MS SQL database, collects and organizes data from field devices such as SMARTY tanks and I-NKFILLER systems. It is interconnected with ERP/MES systems to receive and send key information such as batches, ink consumption, costs, and product data. It provides analysis on storage, usage, and performance, improving operational management.

Uses a scanner to read barcodes on the IBCs, verifying that the color and batch match the data entered in the database before enabling the transfer to SMARTY containers. This allows tracking each batch from its origin to its destination in production, storing and sharing the information with ERP, SCADA, or MES systems.
