Dry precutting machine at glazing line
MCS 700 1S
This dry precutting machine at glazing line is designed to make precise incisions on the surface of glazed ceramic pieces, adapting to various types of raw supports such as porous, stoneware, or porcelain. It is typically positioned as the last application in the glazing line and uses a system consisting of two identical pre-cutters and a rotating device that turns the piece 90º. This dry pre-cutting system allows for the creation of effects such as mosaics, 10×10 tiles, mosaic tiles, or even random incisions between screen-printed windows, achieving a mosaic effect ideal for easy joint filling when installed.
