This machine is designed for the machining of ceramic pieces along their longitudinal sides. Using diamond grinding wheels of various grit sizes, it gradually reduces the piece size to achieve the desired format. Additionally, special motors at the ends bevel the upper and lower edges, ensuring a high-quality and precise finish.
The MCP Parallel Cutting Machine is an automatic system with motors arranged in a parallel position, specifically designed for the dry cutting and grinding of raw ceramics. With its advanced technology, this machine provides an efficient and precise solution for ceramic machining, delivering high-quality results in every operation.
For beveling, two motors are used per side: one for the upper bevel and another for the lower bevel. The lower bevel motor is mounted on a 45º support with a cone and an oil-lubricated traction system. The upper bevel motor uses a flap disc, enabling extremely high productivity.
The ceramic piece brushing system ensures a thorough cleaning of the entire surface after passing through the dry rectification line. This process efficiently removes residues, optimizing the quality and final finish of ceramic products.
