Monitoring and precision in engobe or glaze nozzles
Control Flux model recognizes whether the nozzle is partially or fully occluded by continuously analyzing the engobe / glaze flow through the nozzles. In addition, it is also possible to see if the nozzle is very worn and therefore applying more grammage on the tile than necessary.

Technical features
Control FLUX is characterized by the following functionalities:
Flow Control: eliminates flow instability in each nozzle, eliminates weighing errors and provides pre-set optimal application thresholds.
Nozzle Wear Control: monitors wear and informs of total or partial occlusion in each application nozzle, allows for stopping the line to remove production downtimes before the kiln process.
Preventive maintenance: analyzes raw material consumption, sends a preventive alert to the operator for nozzle replacement 30 – 15 – 5 minutes in advance.
