Standard versions

Below are the standard versions of the airless booths with fixed guns. However, a customized version can be created according to the client’s needs.

For roof tiles

AISI 304 stainless steel booth with a non-stick treatment on the internal surface, designed to hold up to four upper guns and four side guns. Includes two electro-fans to prevent the dispersion of fine glaze droplets and foldable sides for easier interior cleaning. Ideal for efficient and clean glazing of roof tiles.

For tiles

AISI 304 stainless steel booth with adjustable dimensions in length, width, and height depending on the formats to be glazed. The domed upper canopy allows proper glaze nebulization while preventing condensation droplets from falling onto the pieces. The internal surfaces feature a non-stick coating for easier cleaning. The booth also has foldable doors and four suction cassettes at the corners for effective removal of glaze not adhered to the piece. This booth is perfect for glazing tiles, ensuring uniform and controlled glaze application.

For bricks

Airless booth for brick glazing, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a domed upper canopy and a spacious interior to minimize dripping and excessive nebulization. One side is suspended for easier integration into the production line. This booth, mounted on a supporting structure with wheels, allows for easy transportation and removal from the glazing process. Ideal for precise and efficient glaze application on bricks.
